The kitchen fitment industry is extremely competitive and BARQ hired us to Trenovate their business. We realised that the market wanted better value, flexibility and less installment time, so we came up with a clip system concept that originates from yacht interiors. It allows the client the option to change the colour or finish of their kitchen quickly and simply by changing the panels. All this for a fraction of the cost. Some ideas included panels made of blackboard material so kids could draw on it or panels with Photo’s of the family printed onto them as well as many other options. A great example of simple product innovation in a very competitive market.
